Return Policy

All approved returns to Gone West Co are issued as store credit only, in the form of an e-gift card. Refunds are issued for the cost of the item only — original shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds to credit/debit cards, PayPal, or any other form of payment.

If your order is returned to us by the shipping carrier due to an undeliverable address, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. We will contact you by email to arrange payment for the second shipment. Your order will not be re-shipped until the new shipping invoice is paid.


Wrong, Missing, or Damaged Items

We strive for accuracy in every order, but if something goes wrong, please notify us promptly:

  • Missing Items:
    Contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and details about the missing item. If available, a replacement will be sent. If not, you will receive store credit.

  • Wrong Items:
    Contact us within 2 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item received. If approved, we will send a prepaid return label. The incorrect item must be mailed back to us within 7 days. Once received, we’ll send the correct item.

  • Damaged Items:
    Contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. If approved, we will issue a prepaid return label. The item must be returned within 7 business days. After inspection, you will receive store credit.

Note: Items that have been worn or used and then claimed as damaged are not eligible for return or store credit.


Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Sale or promotional items (including those in the “Sale Barn”)

  • Crewnecks, quarter zips, hoodies & graphic tees (made to order)

  • Customized items

  • Hats

  • Holiday items

  • Gift cards


Order Modifications

Orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled once placed.

  • Promo codes must be applied during checkout. We cannot apply codes retroactively.

  • We do not offer price adjustments on orders placed before or after a sale.


Promo Codes

Promo codes must be entered at the time of purchase.
We will not apply or adjust discounts after checkout.
